#GivingTuesday End of Year Annual Fundraiser and new video!

This #GivingTuesday, help Today’s Future Sound reach even more youth.

Since our founding in Oakland in 2010, Today’s Future Sound (TFS) has helped over 100,000 youth learn and heal through the therapeutic power of original music creation.

As we enter our 8th year, we’re setting a new goal; to serve more than 20,000 youth annually.

From our work in schools to our Alameda County Juvenile Justice program or our community-based beat making workshops with homeless youth, we bring the music to the youth, live and direct. We’re pioneering the therapeutic use of beat making with the Therapeutic Beat Making (TBM) model to treat trauma and other such mental health issues, while working in-depth with youth who need it the most.

By making a tax deductible gift you can help us achieve our goal of reaching more youth than ever before through the positive power of music and self-expression. Your gift is important because it will allow us to double annual school partnerships, broaden our team of dynamic instructors, fully implement our Therapeutic Beat Making (TBM) model in schools, juvenile detention and community settings, and replicate our model in many more communities across the globe.

Our small team of talented volunteers and dedicated instructors meet students where they are – on their headphones.
